CRR operates and maintains resource roads throughout Western Canada for the purposes of resource activities. A Master Road Use Agreement (MRUA) and addenda must be in place prior to commencement of your program or project; applications must be submitted through this online portal. Please click the link below and submit your request. This automated process will draft the relevant documents and be submitted to CRR for approval.
